Shop status: 🚨🚨🚨 High order volume alert 🚨🚨🚨
Many of our curriculum partners offer sales starting on or around August 1, leading to a sudden increase in volume and turnaround time. While we are still cranking out orders as quickly as we can, in-shop turnaround can take up to two weeks during this period.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times are highest in the peak back-to-school season, July through September, and lower during the rest of the year. All prints ship out within two weeks unless we have otherwise posted. This is the time required to print, punch, bind, pack, and ship your order. Beyond our two-week maximum turnaround, there will be an additional ship time based on your selected shipping speed. You may track your order's status by logging into your Hard Copy HQ account.
How long does a package take to arrive once shipped?
Shipping time is dependent upon the USPS service you've selected (media mail vs. Priority). USPS tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout as soon as the package is scanned in at the post office. You may also log into your Hard Copy HQ account to check its status.
